Twenty five years ago we set up shop in our home; and I knew that in order to grow the business intelligently I had to place quality workmanship at the foundation. My children were young; my life was hectic; and the capable company that I preside over today was a vision of success in my mind's eye. It wasn't until the year when our company was recognized by the Wharton Small Business Development Center as one of Philadelphia's 100 fastest growing companies in the region that I realized that my vision had become reality.

It's not just the quality of our work that keeps customers calling us back to do good work. We know that our careful attention to our customer's goals builds these lasting relationships -- goals like a project that is finished on time, within budget, and under strict safety guidelines. Our performance ranges in size an scope from small industrial and commercial installations under $5 million to large multi-faceted projects up to $30 million.

That Battaglia roster is a blend of industry leaders, including Chrysler Corporation, USA Star/Texaco, and General Motors, and regional operations such as Delmarva Power and Light Company, the Christiana Care Health System, Wilmington Trust and the New Jersey State Aquarium. While the scope and size of each job may vary. the foundation is always the same - ourstanding workmanship.

The Battaglia office and field staffs are teams backed by knowledge, skill and experience. Tor this reason, our field personnel are composed of Local #313 IBEW Electricians and Local Union #74 UA Plumblers and Pipefitters.

To keep the Battaglia team on top of industry advancements and requirements, we conduct quarterly, in-house seminars for both project managment and foremen. Additionally, data and fiber optics courses certify our company for telecommunications installations. Regular training and education efforts ensure that Battaglia continues to meet our customer needs by delivering the performance level they have come to expect.
