On behalf of the staff at Altel Systems, I would like to extend our thanks to your staff that was involved with the installation of the sound systems for Hollywood Casino at Penn National. Having never worked with your firm before, we were certainly curious as to the level of knowledge and capability your staff would possess as it relates to commercial sound systems.

It took only a few site visits, interacting with your assigned personnel, to realize that we had been provided with a first class staff of veteran electricians to provide the intricate installation of the audio systems equipment and required cabling.

Altel Systems routinely installs large commercial sound systems and it is very common that a major portion of the installation of the various devices be accomplished by an Electrical Contracting firm. However, it is not that common for us to see the level of Quality, workmanship and professionalism that we witnessed with this particular group professionals. Our sincere thanks for such a great effort on this project.

LPCiminelli is a Construction Management company located in Buffalo, NY. Recently, LPCiminelli completed a casino expansion / renovation at Harrington Raceway & Casino located on the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, DE. Battaglia Electric was awarded the contract for the electrical scope of work on the project.

The project included a fast-track schedule and complicated phasing plan which required coordinated efforts, plentiful resources and a team mentality from all subcontractors. Battaglia Electric was awarded the project  in large part due to their excellent  preparation for pre-award meetings and demonstration of the qualities necessary to deliver a successful project.

Upon the subcontracted award, Battaglia Electric quickly established themselves as a team leader in project coordination, communication amongst the trades and completion of work as per the construction schedule. Battaglia was pro-active in identifying potential issues and would bring them to the attention of LPCiminelli for resolution to minimize budge and schedule impacts.

As the project progressed, a significant amount of changes were requested by the Owner. The additional scope increased the aggressive nature of the project schedule. Battaglia Electric provided the necessary manpower and resources in order to meet all required project milestones and completions dates. In addition, many changes required a “design-build” approach in the field and Battaglia Electric was not only capable, but more importantly their enforcement of the same in the field.

The Harrington Raceway & Casino project was very successful and Battaglia Electric played a major role in its completion. As a result, LPCiminelli has contracted with Battaglia Electric for completion of an Executive Office Building Project associated with Harrington Raceway & Casino.

I have found Battaglia Electric to be a top-notch organization that possesses all of the required qualities to deliver on any project. It is with confidence that I recommend Battaglia Electric and would be pleased to further elaborate on my experiences if desired.
